When we decided to bring a puppy into our family, we were referred by multiple family members and friends. On our first puppy visit our 9 year son wrote out some questions he had and not only did Dr. Stearns write the answers down but she called him and spoke with him on the phone. WOW! EVERY single team member is amazing and Aspen loves coming to see them!! We are so grateful for this place, they really make you feel like family!! We love our new Prairie View Family!!
The staff at Prairie View Animal Hospital took such good care of our dog right up to his last day. Our doctor cried right along with us as we made the tough decision to let him rest. They allowed us to be with our dog until the very end during Covid and that meant the world to us. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!!
Absolutely love this place! They are very kind and gave my husband and I good options on treatments. Our beagles says a huge thank you for wonderful compassion and helping mom and dad! Plus, they were very honest and didn’t try to hide anything from us. All the treatments were affordable. Please do go here!! Take your furry children here(:
We were not patients of Prairie View when the time came for us to have to put out dog to sleep. It was in the midst of the Coronavirus goings-on, and every vets office I contacted would not allow us to stay with our beloved family member through the end - until Prairie View. They showed absolute compassion and kindness from the very first phone call through the final moments. Some day down the road when it is time for our next dog I will absolutely take them to this clinic.
Dr. Lisa Thilges and the rest of the staff and Prairie View are fantastic! when I called to schedule a check up today I was told a week out for an appointment, however after they heard what was going on with my kitty they were able to get me in today immediately, which I am so thankful for because I've never been so worried sick about him before. The staff and Dr. were absolutely fantastic! They did an amazing job with my new puppy and talked me through everything that they were doing and discussed treatment options. Very reasonable prices as well with 2 medications! can't say enough great things about this place!
Our dog tends to get very nervous at the vet. We switched to Prairie View and our visit was like night and day! BlackJack was so well behaved! The staff takes the time to make your pet feel comfortable before they even start the exam and I'm sure Jack felt extra special will all the treats. Thank you!
