Everyone here has been so professional and friendly, and you can tell that they really care about your creatures! Warning: they might spoil said creatures more than you do :)
Dr. Stearns and the other staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. When we had to make the hard decision to put our 14-year-old cat down, they were informative, caring, patient, and understanding. Because of them, the process went smoothly, and I'm forever grateful. I also appreciated the condolences card they mailed a week later - very thoughtful. Thank you, thank you!!!
The staff here is amazing. Always friendly and great about addressing any concerns you have. I've always felt comfortable taking my pets here, but after having an emotional and scary experience with my cat being sick recently, it really sealed the deal that I had chosen the right place. Thank you for being such awesome people!

I started taking my cats to Prairie View after I saw how kind and caring they were with the animals I was fostering. Every time I go in they are friendly and welcoming. I was also super impressed with Dr. Kauffman when she spent so much time helping us find the best way for us to be able to give our cat the medication he needs. She was not giving up until we found a solution.
The staff is so friendly and calm! It was my first time taking a pet to a vet and I was more nervous than my cat, but everyone was so nice and welcoming :)
Dr. Thilges and her team are among the very few people I trust to care for my furbabies. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking high quality veterinary care.
