Ames' little hidden gem for relaxation! I found this location about a year ago and have visited a few times. Scheduling is so easy online, the space is relaxing, and Laura does an excellent job at making you feel relaxed and comfortable!

She utilized a full range of pressures effectively, but more importantly her skill had me leaving fully relaxed and free of tension and pain. Her office is exceptionally professional and spotlessly clean. Sun Prairie Massage & Wellness will be a continued routine!
