RecommendedThis is a very friendly community with the nicest apartments in the area. Very spacious and the appliances are all top notch. Honestly, what makes this place so great is the level of service from the staff, maintenance and property managers. Everyone is professional and kind and always carry a smile. Any issues or maintenance requests are fixed within usually one business day too which is beyond impressive.

Have been living at Prairie Square community for the past 3 years. Recently renewed my 4th Lease. Well-kept community. Friendly staff that are very helpful. Prairie Square is a good place to call home!

Prairie Square is a gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds. While visiting, I noted a gym located in the clubhouse which is available to all tenants - what a perk! The apartments are thoughtfully updated with a washer and dryer - yep, in every apartment! That is almost unheard of in apartment living and such an awesome convenience. The kitchen features all the luxuries you would hope to find, such as: stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. I definitely would recommend PS.
Very poor place to stay .. bad management.. they don’t plow, loud neighbors.. just don’t recommend this on anyone..
The staff is great, timely, and professional. I was turned down at its closest neighbor community, despite a large net worth. This other complex did not see that as a retired person I had social security under the limit. Prairie Square saw my net worth statement and said yes. Complex is filled with professionals and quiet older people.
Horrible place to live. Very loud neighbors. I complained to the manager. At first she would not take my concern seriously then when i provided evidence she told me to call the police.
