What a hell hole. I lived there for 2 years. I finally bought a house in another town. Meals are better. I have a higher quality of life for much less money.
They are so greedy, they never even paid us for our performance in 12/2024. Then didn't understand why we didn't come again in March 2025. VERY unprofessional. The fee was only to cover expenses, certainly not for living expenses yet they continuously made excuses. We provided invoices in advance... we did not confirm with an invoice the March job so they told residents we failed to show up which is NOT how it happened. They are dishonest and it's criminal to charge seniors ridiculous fees yet not pay their own bills.
Place and the staff i interacted with were great. One thing I noticed was, as we were going downstairs from the second floor, when the elevator arrived there was a gentleman already on it who started to get off. I stopped him to make sure he wanted to get off on 2. He seems unable to see well, and yes he wanted to go to 1. I noticed the elevator did not have the feature that talks to you letting you know what floor it was at or at least beeps as it passes/arrives at a floor. Just something to assist your residents.
