Place and the staff i interacted with were great. One thing I noticed was, as we were going downstairs from the second floor, when the elevator arrived there was a gentleman already on it who started to get off. I stopped him to make sure he wanted to get off on 2. He seems unable to see well, and yes he wanted to go to 1. I noticed the elevator did not have the feature that talks to you letting you know what floor it was at or at least beeps as it passes/arrives at a floor. Just something to assist your residents.
