Connie is a great person! And is very understanding!
Filled out paperwork, had confusing conversations with an "intake coordinator" who gave me conflicting information. Confirmed the appointment with her. Showed up to my appointment to find SURPRISE the same intake coordinator who couldn't keep her appointment costs straight (3 numbers by the way) hadn't actually scheduled my appointment. Also when you go in you speak to a screen. Connie was rude and condescending. Don't waste your time here.
I was seeing Jessica for about a year. Every time I would come in I would tell her I felt dead inside bc of this certain medication, she would suggest I up the dose - never to try something else. I took her advice - not knowing any better. I ended up going to the ER due to heart related issues and they prescribed me a med that she specifically told me not to take. I've been waiting for three months for an appointment since the original date of reaching out. I've followed up multiple times and still nothing. Don't waste your time like me attempting to make one they obviously don't care.
