RecommendedI'd highly recommend prairie point apartments. The units are updated, spacious, and very well kept. If you are looking for a new place in the area this is your best option. The community makes you feel at home with all the amenities and activities. The leasing associate, Nicole, gave me a tour and was super helpful! Overall, great apartment complex that comes with excellent management and staff!
I lived at Prarie Point for seven years, and I was totally satisfied with the staff, especially Ms. Denise Webb the property manager. If I had a maintenance issue, it was immediately addressed. In addition, the grounds were always well maintained. And last, but not least, there were always activities for the residents. Thank you Prarie Point for providing a wonderful living environment for me for seven years. George Johnson
This is a terrible apartment complex and I regret being a tenant. My family and I moved out of this complex June of 2018 and our lease was scheduled to end in September. A year and a half after we moved they sent us a trumped up move out statement with a bunch of made up charges. Beware of Prairie Point the community looks nice but looks can be deceiving. I’ve lived at Prairie Point for two years and generally have been pleased with both the staff and maintenance. With that being said, I think it is absolutely ridiculous for the property to send out rental increases well over $200, largely due to unit renovations that they performed over the summer. I understanding pricing and passing the expense along to the consumer, but sometimes you can price the deal right off the negotiating table! I was suppose to have service on my dryer between 4 and 6 by Nason's Electric. Paula from the office called and left a message at 5:15 pm stating that Nason's won't be here because they are "stuck in traffic". I called Martin from Nason's and he said he was NOT stuck in traffic. He said he has the two parts for my dryer in but before he puts them in, Prairie Point wants someone to run a light through the vent to see how long the vent is because it shouldn't be over 15 feet long.
