Les was just at my house for a Home Warranty Repair and was very prompt and personable. Definitely recommend!
it started when I first called for service. Sandy made sure she had all the information so they would be prepared and not waste time. she called a half hour before he arrived so o could get home from work and be ready. The tech (sorry I dont remember his name) was prompt and fixed everything quickly. He even made my water softener stop beeping.
I had a 7am appointment and they never showed nor called me. I called at 7:15 and was told they were working on a big project. they would call me when they were available. no phone call so at 11:30 I called them and asked for office manager. I was then told the guy made a mistake and went to the wrong job. not the information I got in the morning. I asked how they were going to rectify the problem and I was pretty much told to go elsewhere and they were canceling my order. talk about bad business considering we have worked w... read more
