RecommendedMy husband and I moved here a year ago from Florida; wanted to be close to family. We enjoy living here because the apartments and building are kept in good condition, the management is easy to contact and work with. The initial paperwork was easy to process and also the subsequent renewal process this year. The location is great we are near shopping and medical facilities. If you are a veteran we are very close to the VA hospital and clinics.
I think this a great place for seniors in Madison. It’s close to everything on the west side. Should be better once the restrictions ease up. The manager, Leo, is very patient and helpful.

I am absolutely furious! After waiting 3 weeks for my application to be approved and calling EVERY DAY for the past week, we get a call saying sorry you are declined, not because of my income but my age. Mind you I am nearly 57yrs old. Leo claims it's because their age requirement is 62. However EVERYWHERE I have looked including their own brochure indicates 55 and better. Thanks for wasting my time you ageist liars!
They screw over their residents, then want to get ignorant with the press?! That blonde should be fired.
