RecommendedI honestly can't say enough good things about these guys! If I wasn't moving out of Ames I would continue living here. Price is reasonable, cat rent is reasonable. Anytime I've had an issue in the apartment it's been fixed in 2 days at the latest, usually same day. I have my landlord's personal phone number so bo annoying forms to fill out for maintenance or questions. On sight laundry is also a plus and cheaper than laundry mats. Honestly will gladly refer everyone to them.
