RecommendedDefinitely recommend this place for all ages. They have awesome staff, awesome instructors, The hospitality service is definitely a five star rating. If you love being challenged or a beginner in your fitness journey I definitely recommend my favorite —-> 5:15am classes, along with Sauna room and hot tub.

Great place to go love hitting the heavy bag and workout staff meembers are nice and help you with whatever you need help with.

I’ve been a member here since 2009. The absolute BEST people (members & staff!) of any gym in town (and I’ve worked at and taught at several). Lots of changes to the building and equipment over the past few years to make it feel fresh and new. Highly recommend!
Worst gym ever. I moved for work and after 8 phone calls to 3 offices they want me to pay the next 2 months and a cancellation fee totaling $200. I looked up reviews and this is a common issue.
