The residents are for the most part great, on the other hand the management is another story. They don't care about the grounds or the pool area,or the residents. for 625.00 for land lease we should get much more then what we do, things don't get done, like the curbs etc. It used to look great around here and now it looks awful. The office miss places things like lot rent payments and the office manager is never there and rude to residents.
management that actually follows through with what they say they're going to do! when they finish building a house and you buy it fix what needs to be fixed before moving on to the next build just to make more money off the next sucker! Every year you end up paying an increase to live here and get absolutely nothing in return. Nobody ever returns calls or answers emails. Buyer beware!!!!

Our Community has won numerous awards for appearance and we offer beautiful and affordable homes. There is no property tax associated with our homes and we are always looking to add new amenities for our residents.
RecommendedWe moved in the end of September. So far we love being here! We haven’t made it to the meet and greet yet. Hopefully we can make February’s meet and greet. I give 5 stars for neighborhood, neighbors and staff!
