RecommendedWe were given a notice about yellow patches in our grass. We're working on correcting this already but what I find frustrating is they have yellow patches of grass in the common areas that they maintain. We also got a notice about weeds. I do realize that some sprang up since my Husband pull them two weeks prior but geez... not everyone here is retired. We absolutely love it here, bought our home in December, had it inspected and as with any new home there will be problems that need fixing, they were on top of all of our concerns. It’s so quiet and nice out here. We are really happy with our decision. Also Angie in the front office is awesome

Terrible buying experience. BUYER beware! We just bought a new home in Prarier Greens back in April 2019. We never had an initial walk through with anyone in the office before we bought the home, so there were numerous things wrong with the house that have yet to be fixed. We were then told to make a list ourselves of things that needed to be fixed...so we did that, turned it in, in September, and still havent heard a word from anyone. I met with Jeremy at Prairie and I was pleased with how helpful and friendly he was. I will be buying a home and moving into their manicured community this summer.

Have a staff that is here and cares about this place . Heat the pool and clean it. This place has gone down hill since Yesenia and Stephanie left
