Doctor was great but the wait was unreal. Not sure if there was some kind of emergency or what but we were there 3 1/2 hrs. Almost 2 hrs before he saw the doc. No explanation so not sure if that is normal or not.
Appointment was at 9:40. Left office at 11:15. Many staff but not sure if they are effective. When doctor came in to see me, he gave me information for different Mrs. Wilson (even said her name out loud). When they called me back they said my entire name--maybe HIPA refresher should be done.

THE FEW TIMES I BEEN THERE HAVE BEEN AWESOME.WHEN I GO TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. AS I SIT WAITED FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK AS I LOOKED AROUND THE PLACE WAS SO CLEAN AND COZY THE CHAIRS ARE SO COMFORTABLE I HAVE A REALLY BAD BACK BUT I WAS AT EASY IN THE CHAIR. AS I WAS CALL IN THE BACK THE NURSE AND DOCTOR WAS GREAT AS THEY DID TESTS ON MY EYES. OVER ALL I GIVE THIS 100% THANK YOU SO MUCH.SORRY ABOUT THE CAPIITAL LETTERS BUT I CAN SEE THEM BETTER THAN THE SMALL LETTERS.
