My wife and I both had our eyes checked back in March. The Dr. said she needed new glasses and that I needed new contacts and glasses. We ordered our glasses and my contacts and paid for them. When the glasses came in they made my wife’s glasses fine but my glasses had her prescription put in them. So the remade mine and my eyes have been a mess every since. Horrible wait times. Easily plan 2+ hours here. Have a test and then wait for a long period of time. They are extremely inconsiderate of patients time. There are always excuses for the wait.

They need friendlier employees, from the doctors to the assistants and receptionists. They need to offer full service care, instead of wanting a person to see two different doctors to get an eye exam and be checked for glaucoma. Us older people cannot afford to do this, so we don't get checked often enough. I have found a new provider to care for my eyes, and even though Inhave yet to meet one employee, they are bound to be kinder and nicer. They could not be worse, that is for sure!
