We lived there for over 2 years and are so relieved we are finally out of there. I won't speak to the terrible management because a new property management company took over a month before we left, so that is not their fault. However, upon move out, things that were said to us to get us to sign the lease were not honored by the new company and when I tried to resolve it, management did not respond to requests or return calls and/or emails. Prairie Crossing is a great location in the Metroplex. The new property management company is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and listen to requests and follow up!
very upset with the lady karina does not know how to treat the public should not even work there because it affects other people who do know how to do their job properly! she doesn't know how to solve! We have more than 3 months with the kitchen of the apartment that does not work and we have always told her and she has not managed to solve! It’s gross and dirty and the manager Chance is never there. Run away fast. It’s a dump and way better options for $1100 a month.
Great Community! Great Staff and Management! I am still quite new to Dallas area, chose this complex due to location(very close to shopping malls and 635 major hwy) very clean community and staff/management/maintenance fast and friendly and care about your concerns!
