Clean and Quiet. This is my second year as a resident at Prairie Heights apartments and I really don't have any complaints. The property managers and maintenance crew keep the building(s) clean and maintained. The buildings have very good insulation so neighbor noise is kept to a minimum. I can count the times on one hand that I've heard a neighbor in 2 years.
