High Quality Apartment Living! I recently moved out of Prairie Crest because I bought a home, but after a wonderful stay I cannot say enough good things about this community. With four separate buildings spread across the property there is an abundance of green space that gives it a peaceful and open feel you rarely find in apartment living. It genuinely feels like a little getaway right in the heart of Verona. The pricing is extremely fair for what you get and the management team was always professional, responsive and genu... read more
5/5 RECOMMEND!! Prairie Crest has truly impressed me from day one. The community is immaculate, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. But what really sets Prairie Crest apart is the management team. Isaac is absolutely awesome. He’s responsive, friendly, genuinely cares about resident satisfaction, and goes out of his way to help with any concerns. The maintenance staff is equally impressive, they’re incredibly quick to address work orders and take pride in keeping the property in top shape. E... read more
Business response:
Thank you so much for this incredibly kind review! Comments like this truly mean the world to our entire team here at Prairie Crest. We work hard every day to make this community a place our residents are proud to call home so hearing that it shows makes all the difference. We will make sure to pass along your kind words to our maintenance team as well as they absolutely deserve the recognition! As always please do not hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything we can do to make your experience here even better. We are ... read more
Many issues I had a lot of problems when I lived here. I wasn't even allowed in my apartment for the first week due to "repairs" I was not notified of until after I signed my lease, then they still had the gall to ask me to pay for utilities used during that window where I wasn't allowed in and hadn't set up an account for yet. When I had issues with my fridge and they replaced it, they instead replaced it with some used old thing they took from somewhere else and never bothered to clean it beforehand. It was filthy and I cl... read more
Yes to Prairie Crest We have lived at Prairie Crest for a couple of weeks now. We moved in with only a brief virtual walkthrough but we have been happy with our choice! Ian, the property manager, has been a delight to work with and has been ready to help us with anything! The room, and the whole complex, seem to be kept up really well. The carpets are probably the nicest carpets we have seen in an apartment and we love the massive closets. We do live right above the garage (I’m sure most other people don’t) and sometimes tha... read more
Great layouts! I love that I can walk/bike everywhere. Being right on the ice age trail is a huge perk too. Both the studios and the lofts have great layouts that make the space feel spacious and cozy. The lofts are so cool, and my cats really love having a staircase to run up and down as well! The pool is never busy either.
AWESOME Love it here. Nice apt with plenty of storage and very quiet. The pool is awesome. Staff is very nice. I have been here, soon 7 years
Love it here!! My roommate and I love living here. The apartment is spacious and gets lots of light! Maintenance is super quick to fix things if there are ever any problems. It’s a great location too! Ver close to the grocery store, gas station, coffee shops and parks. Overall, we have loved our experience here!
This property is just perfect!! We recently leased a one bedroom one bathroom apartment an my husband and I couldn't be happier. The apartment is just the right size for the two of us, it's comfortable and big enough to entertain two couples at the same time without hovering over each other. We are truly happy we rented at Prairie Crest.
Quiet Escape My fiance and I moved to Verona from Indiana, and Prairie Crest has been a wonderful first home together for us. We love how quiet it is, and the amazing amenities make it well worth the money. We have the two bed two bath unit, and it is very spacious. We have plenty of room for our family to stay with us, and we love that both bathrooms have a large tub. The open concept floor plan is wonderful, the natural lighting could not be better. The management is amazing, and anything you may need gets attended to imme... read more
