Friendly staff my cats don’t like carriers and they are ok with them looking around the big waiting room and appointment room. Everyone that works there is looking out for what is best for the animals that come in the door.
Feels like family!! We’ve been part of this practice since 2004.
Dr. Carr and his staff are hands down the best in and around Sioux Falls. We have taken our dogs there for over 10 years and I have never once been disappointed with the service. It’s hard to find good vets, and Dr. Carr is simply amazing!
They are very good with animals and have companion are them !
I had to do one of the hardest things ever and put my girl (lab/collie) to sleep. The staff was so sympathetic and caring helping me every step of the way. Followed up with a card by mail and were nothing but wonderful when I went to pick up her ashes. They know remember my pets every time I come in and that means the world to an amilmal lover like myself!
