Dr Prada and the entire office staff are wonderful!! Dr Prada puts you first and listens to your concerns, He is a doctor that cares and doesn’t rush you out the door. He explains things so you can understand them and takes his time. He answers all questions and doesn’t make you feel like it was a silly question. He makes you feel like you and your health are his top priority always. I am so blessed to have a doctor that truly cares about your health and his staff are always so polite and friendly.
I always find Dr. Prada to be very willing to listen to my concerns and address them. His staff goes above and beyond. A very caring and professional office.
My husband used to love Dr. Arturo Prada & his staff when he first started going there a few years ago! Unfortunately since Covid, the office is RARELY open, and when they are open, they do not answer their phones, respond to emails, or fill his scripts. This has been an ongoing problem for him every month. He hates calling multiple times and bothering the staff, but feels like he has to in order to be heard. It seems like this office doesn’t care about their patients, and that’s sad.
