He's friendly and staff is also friendly. Pretty average care as I was just getting a referral and getting labs done, but when they did the labs they aren't connected to a mychart or anything or uploaded to a portal so to see them I had to back into the office, and when I asked for a copy of them I got an email (in the image attached below) and it went to my spam, pretty unprofessional email and the lady on the phone wasn't very helpful about it. But all in all seems just like an old school mentality.
He needs to retire
Dr Prada and the entire office staff are wonderful!! Dr Prada puts you first and listens to your concerns, He is a doctor that cares and doesn’t rush you out the door. He explains things so you can understand them and takes his time. He answers all questions and doesn’t make you feel like it was a silly question. He makes you feel like you and your health are his top priority always. I am so blessed to have a doctor that truly cares about your health and his staff are always so polite and friendly.
I always find Dr. Prada to be very willing to listen to my concerns and address them. His staff goes above and beyond. A very caring and professional office.
