Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
