I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members.
