I called them several times and they assured me that they will give me a call to set up directv in my new home. I have yet to hear from them. They even came out to my home, so really a waste of their time and mine ( also they were 40 mins late). It is also worth mentioning that I was a winner of a 55" TV from them that they supposedly donated to Mercy Credit Union back in September and they claim they "haven't gotten it in yet".
