Would never recomend them!!! Better off going through corporate Direct TV they have been more help. They do not tell you information you should know when signing up then they will play it against you. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been customers of PR Connections for a number of years. Appointments have been made. However, getting someone here on time seems to be futile. Having a local business to provide television coverage was going to be superior to speaking with someone at the 1-800 number. We are now wondering if we were wrong. The tech knows what he is doing, but we have heard every excuse in the book as to why he didn't make it. We called one hour before closing and Shae came to our house and fixed the problem. GREAT job, Dom and Shae!!!!!
First time ever that I have enjoyed working with a Internet and tv company. It's honestly so much better than having to call the 800 number. They have awesome options and even more awesome people.
Complete professional ' s from first call to installation. Very knowledgeable with every product they offer. You will be VERY satisfied.
