Dean is very good at talking out both sides of his mouth and his office lady is very unpleasant. We were told when the home we were renting was put on market for sale that he'd protect us and keep us the renter in his best interest but he bowed down to the agent selling the home and when she said something he did what she told him he's a true coward. "expresses concern" when looking at military applications, which is a nice way of saying "we discriminate against the military", which is also illegal. To hell with this company, and everything they stand for. Look elsewhere if you're looking for housing.
We recently re signed our lease with PPS. Dean and his staff have always been helpful, and prompt when taking care of issues.
