We moved out of a house that was very old and needed to be updated a month ago. Told the management about what need to be repaired and some of it got done but not everything. The tub was so old that it cracked. The management accused us of damaging it. Well it was old to begin with and needed an update. Upon moving out we got a bill for the damages that were not our fault. These people are slum lords. Do not rent from them.
Maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly and works well with my crazy schedule
They are one of the worst management teams I've come across. The maintainence is very very very poor. They will start a project and never come back and finish. If you have problems in your unit, well figure that part for yourself.
Was told my check came back ok and and was go to rent a property on Friday was told i " it's a go" every thing was good got money order for security told place I was living that I was moving then on Monday am was told that something else came through and they could Not get approval!!!!! Shady company stay away...
