Don't bother calling unless you have a extension number. If you do, don't be surprise if they cannot help you. I was able to get through by pushing random number. I asked about payment methods. The employee did not know the answer. She told me to ask someone else ( like a resident) in the apartment complex. When I asked the question again ( thinking she mishear me) , she brush- me- off with a passive voice telling me she cannot answer my question and ended the call. That was horrible customer serves.
