I was traveling though Idaho Falls on my way to Reno, as i was getting exiting to fuel up i heard a strange whistle from my turbo on my F450. It was 9:00 am on a monday morning and not knowing where to start i went to google and found these guys. I gave them a call at 9:05 am, someone answered and listened to my problem. Highly recommend NOT going to this shop! It’s very unorganized. They conveniently didn't write down anything about what was wrong, or what I told them I knew was wrong and requested to be fixed, claiming I didn't know what I was talking about. To me it like they mess around instead of fixing your truck. My Fuel rail pressure sensor and nox2 sensor were out. They told me they jiggled some wires and that they did an update on the software without replacing what I asked them to replace. My wife and I ended up going in 4-5 times... read more
