Bill and his team renovated our bathroom, and we could not be happier with it. It is beautiful! Everything was great from start to finish. Prior to our renovation, the layout of our bathroom was terrible. Bill was able to see outside the box and came up with a creative plan and a fantastic new layout. To semi truckers only!!!!!! Please call them as soon as you know you are delivering to them if you have a semi. If you have their address on Yale as delivery. Even if it is after hours, leave a message. THEY do call back after hours (I called early, not saying if you call at 2am, you would get a call back). You can NOT take a semi down their road. It is always a pleasure to work with Bill, Julie and their crew of artisans. This time around the job needed to be done as quickly as possible and these folks did not disappoint. The design in kitchen and baths looks as good as I imagined and I had high expectations! Bill was readily available for consultations and willing to make my ideas work. I am a big fan of this group and will happily call on them for my next reno!!
Bill Powers was easy to work with and managed our addition and renovation on a 1935 house very well from design through construction. He stayed on a reasonable schedule and communicated changes timely. His subs are high quality particularly his carpenters/craftsmen and the tile guys were excellent. Bill communicates frequently with updates and provides alerts if unforeseens occur in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied customers.
