I am pleasantly surprised by my visit to Powers Dental Group. I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist, and after my dentist that I had been seeing since the age of 5 retired in 2007, I had several unpleasant experiences at a chain dental office. This caused me to put off going for cleanings for an embarrassing 6 years. I finally made an appointment with Powers Dental Group and am so glad I did. I have only great things to say about the professionalism and courteous manner in which I have been welcomed and treated front the first appointment that I had with your practice. I have already mentioned your practice to 3 of my friends.
Overall, a good visit, as a new patient, I wish I would have thought to do paperwork online; but it wasn't too bad. A nice office with efficient people that is very close to home.
Service I received from Dr. Smith was great five stars. Service I received from the check out lady 0 Stars. Prior to getting tooth pulled I had called to se how much it would cost was given an est of $50 and $290 for root canal when I came to check out I was charged 190. When I asked why so high because I was told $50 over phone prior I was told it must have been how they entered it in they system codes and all. and never told that $141 was for an outstanding balance from my daughters stuff. Dr Glaser and his assistant Becky place two new crowns during this appointment. They were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The procedure was painless and they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable at all times. Best dentist appt. I've ever had!!! - CHappy

Amazing service and support from everyone working at Powers Dental Group. And a BIG shout out to Dr. Smith! I've never had a more caring, thoughtful, personable and talented dentist as Dr. Smith. He has been there for me for the past 10 yrs. His assisstants and also the front office staff are all exceptional people and pros. Love you all!!
