The staff are great! The office as you walk in it feels very inviting!
This is the best service around! I schedule 5 of us for our cleanings and the office is able to see all of us around the same time. We are in and out in about an hour, for all 5 of us! The assistants are very friendly. The dentists are great. Even after moving away, I am willing to drive 2 hours one way just to get to the dentist.
Shelby was so gentle with the cleaning that she provided. I was scared because the cleanings usually hurt. She was fantastic. The Dentist, Dr. Hall was also very thorough in his examination. He has made it so that going to the dentist is no longer traumatizing. I recommend Powers Dental and especially Dr. Hall.
GREAT STAFF VERY KNOWLEDGEBLE
My visit on Monday was my first one and I was very pleased. My experience began when I first called to become a patient and schedule my first visit; then I had to reschedule. I spoke to Ashley both times and received great service. Then, on the day of the appointment, I continued to receive great service and care. In fact, I got in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I'm very happy with my selection of a new dental provider in my post-Air Force life.
I have been coming here for years and so has many of my friends and family and they always treat us with respect and as part of the family. They even call the next day to make sure everything is ok
This has been the best dental staff I've encountered in all my adult life. I hope not to go anywhere else. Thanks
5 star The xray technician was very fast as she knew the films were uncomfortable she said and very friendly. She got me all set up for the dental tech who was very gentle and also very friendly and thorough and then got me with the dentist who got me looked at confirmed my needed followup visits and got me with the appointment area who printed me out my plan with insurance costs with 2 options. Everyone was very efficient, kind and did an excellent job. Thank you so much!!!
