We have let Mr. Sid know that you need to wait at least 21 days for mortar to cure in normal weather conditions. Also You can't perform water repellent in weather below 40 degrees or on a wet day. He's on the top of our list and will definitely receive his sealer on a dry day. I understand the weather can be frustrating, but we won't apply if the conditions are not right.
