The person who came was very friendly and accommodating. He supplied me with quite a bit of good information. The disappointment came in the fact that he did not do the primary task that concerned me when I called for help. I suspect that there was inadequate information on my part. My concern was that the firebox in the fireplace insert was extremely sooty; it was impossible for one to reach into the box to place wood or build a fire without getting hands or arms covered with soot. They came in a cleaned out the stove, chimney and inspected the word burning stove for defects as I had just bought the house and wanted to be sure the stove was good to go. They are in high demand though so make sure you plan ahead and call them early.
The technicians were thorough and experienced with good expertise. They answered all of questions and made excellent suggestions which we have adopted.
He came right on time and reported back to me fter sweeping and inspecting the chimney, with pictures about the chimney condition. We hired him to do some repair work and tht will take place in one month.
