I had a range of up to 4 houses to have chimneys cleaned and inspected, all had reasonable quotes and the work performed was outstanding. They worked to discount all the work that was needed on all the houses. The customer service was super, they were easy to contact, and the follow up was superb!
I was very pleased with the service I received. The person who came out to give me a quote and do the original work was very professional, informative and timely. I was very impressed. The owner was quick to schedule a follow-up visit. I have already recommended them to my neighbor.
They were really great. Did a throough inspection, explained everything that should be done and why, gave an estimate that was lower than others we'd received and were prompt in scheduling and completing the work as quoted. Great experience.
