They did a really good job. This was the first time we had it cleaned. They also found other repairs that might be needed at some point and gave some good recommendations.
He did show up an hour before he was scheduled, not that I am complaining, but I wasn't prepared. Overall, did a great job cleaning the chimneys at a good price and gave a good inspection report.
My project was a decorative concrete walkway & patio extension, plus a retaining wall extension. Powers C&M contacted me the same day I placed a service request & came out the next day to look at my property & compile an estimate. I was able to submit a plan of my preference. They scheduled me promptly. They very efficiently executed each stage of the project & matched my specifications exactly taking care not to disrupt the rest of my yard. They were prompt, got right to the job, and was gone. I never met one of the guys (who worked on the roof). I think it is important in customer service to meet anyone who will be wokring on your home. But, I would recommend them to anyone.
The Chimney Technician, Ekraam Shah, was extremely courteous and knew his business. He did an excellent job which satisfied my spouse, a difficult person to please.
Zach came out quickly, inspected and cleaned our chimney and suggested making an appointment for the same day next year.
Response was very quick and they were able to fit us until the schedule quite easily on our terms. Ephraim was timely, efficient and kept things very neat and tidy.
