Went the extra mile to fit me in to their very busy schedule.
I hired them to demolish (remove) an old leaky chimney and build a new chimney. (I found no such category among the list of possible categories on your site, so I chose any old category just to make your system happy.) They did an excellent job.
Although I am still waiting for a quote on some repairs it is the July 4 weekend and I suspect this the reason. But the service up to now has been fast , friendly, and very reasonably priced.
Very thorough in explaining what the condition of our fireplace and condition of chimney was and what was needed to restore it to safe use. Contracts and communication on timing and cost were clear and the crew got to work and completed the original contracted work in one day. We did have a change order and that will be completed when the chimney has cured. Every person we have had contact with have been very helpful and the craftsmanship of the work done is high quality. We are very pleased.

The chimney sweep arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, was courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. The stove and chimney have worked great since the cleaning.
