Horrible organization. Horrible service. Purchased a generator in January of this year and it’s October 9 and it’s still not installed and functioning. Hurricane coming tomorrow. Waiting 10 months and I still don’t have a generator. Avoid this organization at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible service. As soon as I paid the deposit everything changed. To date, my order has not been completed. It is already 4 months late, and I have to repeatedly call and email to receive responses with weeks or months in between a simple response. They stole my deposit. No idea how they planted so many fake reviews on here because they are total scam.
4 Months and can not get a completion date. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Alejandro provide empty promises to get a contract. bought Generac from this guy advised project completion would take 30 days, its 4 months with no date to completion.
Semi-annual maintenance performed on my whole house generator (purchased 2021). Very satisfied with the scheduling process, arrival confirmation and the detailed explanation of services performed.
