Great, prompt experience that got my truck back on the road! 10/10 will use again.
I used PowerLabs in the past for an ECM unlock in the past, and I have nothing but great things to say about that experience. Figured I would get scheduled for a Dyno tune with them to get my car dialed in better and find out how much power it makes. While my vehicle feels like it is making more power overall, I have been experiencing some issues with the tune I was left with. It has been 4 weeks since my vehicle was tuned, and I have reached out 3 separate times to get these issues fixed, and have gotten no response so far.... read more
Awesome company to work with! Amazing tuning and got my truck dialed in! Only issue I had was lack of communication. They made it right and I’m still a happy customer. Definitely recommend for Chevy tuning! 👍

Was a 5 star review until they won’t get back to me. They did good tuning. Contacted them about doing a 91 octane tune and sent some data logs to them. Have not heard back from them in about 5 months and can’t get ahold of anyone. I spent a lot of money with you guys. Customer service could be better
