Powerhouse moved address from 2008 to this new place on 831 E 2nd St. But, their service is still poor and unreliable. Take your business elsewhere. Unprofessinal behavior, incompetant staff, forgetfullness, noncompliant. They ignore your requests, change your wording, deny events happened, won't release funds and do not honor contracts. Do not list with them if you are a Landlord. Do not rent from them if you are a Renter. Your money and your time is best spent elsewhere.
