make sure they give you a written estimate! took my stuff in and they tried to repair it but didn`t. THEN they call with an high priced estimate to try something else! only hitch is, if i don`t accept the crazy high estimate, I owe them for the failed repair! TRAPPED! RUN the other way!
Very expensive, very slow, and no communication. I brought my lawn tractor in for their $50 maintenance package and to have the drive belt replaced. Five days and $250 later I finally get it back. I will be checking to make sure oil and things were actually changed because they are shady.
WOW - what a clean and great looking place - not what I expected! Very helpful in picking out an Ariens snow thrower - knowledgable and friendly staff. I think I found my new favorite store - I will definitely be back!
I felt taken and dealt with underhanded at every turn! I took my mower in for service and was NOT explained about anything they offered. The service wound up costing twice as much, they replaced parts that I did not authorize them to replace and then the next day when I called to ask for them back they conveniently sent them to the recycler that morning! (Which they probably got paid to do as well with MY parts!) Stay away!!!
