Just a legendary gym with so much history and vintage equipment. A MUST!!
Probably the best gym in the area. Staff are friendly and saunas in the bathrooms are a huge plus. The machines they have are older but works extremely well. Hadn’t feel a burn like that since starting out so using their equipment really helped my progress compared to others. Everything is spaced out evenly so no one is crowding your space and there are multiple machines of the same exercise in case one is in use. Love it would recommend to try it out.
