Exceptional Reliability in Real-World Conditions We’ve been testing the PowerFilm 14W roll-up solar panel for our regional mesh communications deployments across the Blue Ridge mountains. After putting it through a full week of continuous rain and overcast skies on Fort Lewis Mountain, followed by a rigorous 3-day backcountry disaster response hike, it has proven to be an absolute workhorse. Great foldable solar panels, had them on my expedition to almost 7k peak to charge all my film gear (cameras, drones, v-lock batteries…) and it never let me down. Really good quality! 🙂
I've purchased a few PowerFilm solar rollable and folding products over the years for backcountry camping, ham radio, and keeping my fishing boat battery charged with their Soltronix panel. All of their products are very well built, and PowerFilm solar is very fast and helpful with any questions. Great products, made in Iowa.

Fast response (resolved in 1 day), professional support, and they truly stand behind their pro... read more
