I’ve been a PowerFilm user for years, but wanted to express the exemplary customer service they recently provided me for a new product. Beyond their excellent solar chargers and battery packs they have earned a customer for life.
I have an older cart with a 4/12 volt battery pack. This battery pack struggled to take me the 4.5 miles to the course, play a round and return home. This was the case, even with relatively new batteries. I considered a retrofit of lithium batteries but the cost and risk of incompatibility gave me pause. I installed the power drive solar panel and it has significantly increased the distance that I am able to travel on a charge.
