Just bought my first bike a 2017 Yamaha YZ 250X from Shane White at Power Yamaha. I was very happy with the service he provided from working with me on making my decision on which bike, to letting me ride it before I bought it. I have to say that I am super happy with Power Yamaha. They had a super specific bike that I wanted, and it sold before I could get it. I gave them a call and asked if they could find me another one, and they got on it. Actually, Damon got on on it. Damon Jennings, that is. He found the bike I wanted and had it shipped down from northern Washington, as there were only 3 of these bikes in the Pacific Northwest. I am so blown away by the service I received at this place! My experience at power Yamaha was seamless and drama free, Bryson was a great sales associate and didn't pressure or persuade one bit. I ended up leaving with two Yamaha Tw200's and I could t be happier. When I got the bikes home I went over them throughly to make sure they were road ready. Everything down to the tire pressures was spot on, which speaks to the quality of their setup procedures. Overall I can say, I will never go anywhere else in the future..
They had our machine for over a month, was told it would be done on a Friday and now saying next Friday. Went to see our machine and had all the parts in all over the shop laying around!! Not a very happy customer!
