Sales and parts is top notch. I will only go to Power to shop. I love the sales and finance team so much. That's where the good news stops though. The service department is the absolute worst! I have not had one good experience with the service department. They've misdiagnosed issues multiple times and damaged my bike. It was always more dirty when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They are always incredibly slow and behind schedule. I now drive to Portland just to avoid the service department.

What a great experience with Power Yamaha- I bought a street bike from them several years ago and decided to return when I was in the market for a dirt bike. I was un-decided with what I wanted, but Damon answered every question and was very patient while I made my decision. No pressure whatsoever, just good information. When I finally picked my WR450, the purchase was simple and done in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Damon and the crew of Power Yamaha!

Nice place. Hassle-free experience. I have to say that Jake took care of us- even remained calm when at the last moment we changed our mind on brands. We'd shop here again.

Easy to talk to and they help you. No pressure sales.
Great salesman very helpful and not pushy..just was discouraged at buying used as the bike was originally looking at needed work and the guy behind the wall wouldnt fix the bike tried to make it buyer responsibility and for $4000 it should be free of needing repair..overall with a brandnew bike was a great experience..Damon was a patient honest helpful salesman...great guy!! So i would go back but only for new machines
