Super easy and fast buying experience! After submitting my financial info online the day before I came in to test ride a Yamaha FZ-07 and fell in love. Today I bought a new 2016 YFZ 450R. Dakota helped me out and made the process super easy. I give them 5 because Dakota customer service was above and beyond. I do believe the service department needs alittle work. I was told the bike would be detailed and ready to go. There was an issue with the seat having a small what looked like burn spot, maybe melted. Once Dakota was notified of this he hoped right into action and had it replaced immediately. Thank you Dakota, we will be seeing you again.
