I'd called 7 places with no answers to my question until I called Power Motorsports. Bryce in Services/Parts was a huge help. He called KTM and got back to me with the answers I needed. It shouldn't be (but it is) a rare thing to get a call back with a solution to your problem. Thanks for the help!

They have horrible customer service. Im surprised they have so many good reviews. I was told one thing then once I showed up another. The salesman was on my side but manager and finance guy both were total jerks. I bought to skis that day and was basically told to leave if I didnt like the deal. I drove 10 hrs and was not going to do that. TRUE STORY>
