I rarely give a business a 5/5 but Dennis and Matt really made it an exceptional experience. They filed the papers, prepared the bike before I arrived for the test drive so I wasted no time. Walked in, tested the price 5 minutes later, and rode it home 30 minutes after that. They communicated the price clearly, no surprising fees. I was so happy with the purchase. This is exactly how an expensive shopping experience should be.
