I recently took my XSR700 (third bike I’ve purchased there) to Power to get tires installed. Upon getting home I found they had put the swing arm end cap on rotated 180 degrees the wrong way, and it had slipped off, bending the tension bolt and damaging the end of the swing arm (first pic). Called Power, they said they’d make it right and they picked the bike up as I didn’t think it was safe to ride. We just purchased a new to us, Harley Davidson today. We filled out the application online and were approved and had the price and pick up time in under 3 hours. we picked up our bike the next day and it was everything they said it was; and more. I could not be happier with the service and the speed of this whole process. I recommend Power motorsports to anyone interested in a new or pre-owned motorcycle. Excellent work Power motrosports. 5 stars from me!!
In all this place is good. This is our 2nd bike from Power BUT, I was over charged for my husbands bike by a few hundred dollars and getting it refunded has been a pain in the BUTT! That part I’m not happy about.
Adam did a great job, helped with all the questions and the deal was effortless!!!
