Would not clean our dryer vent in our condo even though that service was promised in the original proposal. Technicians claimed that cleaning dryer duct in a condo would not accomplish anything. This statement contradicts what our HOA states. They want all unit owners to have their dryer ducts cleaned as a precaution against fire.
Business response:
Our technicians informed the customer that the condo dryer exhausts all feed into one shaft, so a cleaning was not necessary. We offered to clean it anyways, and the customer declined.
I accepted bids from several different vent cleaning services, including two suppliers outside of Home Advisor network. PowerVac, LLC was not the lowest bidder, but I went with them because of their willingness to explain their process in detail over the phone. The price was above market rate. The workmen were filthy dirty. Work was adequate.
The service crew is very knowledgeable & very friendly in answering our questions and explained the whole process. They did a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent and provided tips for maintenance. I would certainly recommend them!
