Garbage company. I placed an order over a month ago and have called multiple times. Each time, I was told I would receive a tracking number “that week.” On December 1, I was finally given a tracking number and told the item would ship that day. Two weeks later, FedEx still hasn’t received the package. I’ve been lied to repeatedly. To make matters worse, I can’t cancel the order or get a refund until I receive the product,whenever that may be.
This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered bands back in March online. Tracking idicated shipped but won't be delivered due to insufficient postage. I sent 4 emails over the next couple weeks, none of them were responded to. 2 months after I ordered I finally called and talked to a cs rep explained the entire problem, and requested a refund because I'd bought something else. I placed an online order by credit card for Lake Hickory Country Club February 5, 2025 for $1,136.45. I received an email from Scott Mullane telling me we can save money by placing the order through him instead, because we are a business, so that's what I did. Our order total was $709.14. When our order started coming in, it was very sporadic, missing quite a few items specifically if they were ordered in a pack. Then, I received a complete duplicate order of the same items. Their website is so misleading. It has products saying they are in stock or available soon. You make an order an no one communicates they no longer carry the product or there is delayed shipping times. I don’t mind waiting for quality products but their website is awful. You’d think by 2021 they would have this website up to date.
